Anna Coumou

“I love the CWB because it values the things I believe in–a strong connection to nature, a commitment to craft, and a relentless dedication to the community.”

Anna studied Media Psychology in college and spent much of her life below sea-level in The Netherlands. She was introduced to the CWB at Cama Beach in 2017, crabbing all day and steaming the bounty on the beach at night–she was hooked! Anna became a volunteer and a SailNOW graduate before joining the team as a consultant in 2020. In addition to her work with the Center, she works with architects, makers and museums to help tell their stories and grow their impact. In her spare time, she sails around in medium-to-low winds in her Catalina Capri 22.
